BMW Vision EfficientDynamics – Next Mission Imposible Star

The BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car that within the next few years will soon be mass produced with the name BMW i8 This will be coupled with Tom Cruise on next Mission Imposible.
“We are very happy to be involved again in a blockbuster Hollywood movie,” said BMW AG Board Member for Sales and Marketing Ian Robertson in BMW’s official website on 07 july 2011.
BMW i8 developed based on the concept car BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is planned to be born in 2013 using a hybrid system that makes it has high performance but with low fuel consumption.
This model will be based on a new construction called the LifeDrive. This new construction will use the aluminum chassis with carbon fiber bandage-reinforced plastic (CFRP) in body that makes the car lighter without sacrificing strength of the material.
“The BMW Group leads the way in developing the future of mobility with a focus on renewable energy. One great example is the BMW Vision EfficientDynamics concept car that will be presented in the film,” he added.
“With a futuristic design and a large glass surface, this car offers interesting perspectives on the future of driving pleasure, combined with maximum efficiency.
