This 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Concept Car Track SSX. Chevy describes it as: We could not say better we can “Camaro SSX Track Car, a concept for the conversion of a street Camaro SS in a closed course track car, and a showcase of new performance parts.
The Camaro SSX track car gets many of the same changes in the Z06X seen some of them directly from the catalog GMPP, and others are pure racing. The white and black colors and carbon fiber accents on this show car and suspension tweaks as part of the package will probably do, though, as it seems great.
And who would not want a lighter Camaro? To shave the carbon fiber and the removal of a number of standard equipment a few hundred pounds most of the Camaro. How Zo6X Chevy was tight-lipped about the production, but we’re keeping our fingers crossed. Photos and press release after the break.
